Welcome to Lent, a time devoted to preparing our hearts to celebrate Jesus’ resurrection through prayer, fast, and giving. Though many of us use Lent as a time to give up something (food, sweets, alcohol, shopping) we would like to challenge you to dig into the Fruit of the Spirit and fast from behaviors that do not bear fruit and feast on those that do.
